Year 6 have just spent a most amazing week in Normandy staying at La Grand' Ferme.
Blessed with exceptionally hot and sunny weather the girls were able to take full advantage of all the activities and trips on offer.
One of our challenges was to climb a quarry wall. Team work was essential..... plus, of course, a head for heights!
The high ropes course was daunting, particularly the third level but we made it!
On Wednesday we split into two groups and one went cycling through the French countryside while the other went on canoes on a river leading out to the bay of the Mont St Michel.
Mealtimes were always enjoyable and such fun especially when we had bought our food in the local markets... Bon Appétit!
Our stay was full of memorable sights with visits to the Cathedral in Bayeux, the Landing Beaches at Arromanches and the spectacular Mont St Michel... to name but a few....
