Thursday 25th February was our 100th day at school, since we started the new school year in September 2009.
This gave our Reception classes the opportunity to partcipate in a special Maths day.

This involved taking part in a wide range of activities linked to the number 100.

The children dressed up in number inspired outfits including a hand designed top with 100 Disney princesses on it!

They blew out 100 candles on a ‘100’ shaped cake before enjoying number based games such as Snakes and Ladders and going on a number walk to find as many numbers around the school as possible.

They even made ‘100’ shaped glasses!
|
Finally they finished the day counting out treats for their ‘100 edible goodies’ bags ready to take home after their busy day.
